Small Group Training

Same intensity as Personal training, formatted for you and a friend

The gym at PFT is equipped to accommodate two to three person group training sessions. While the format for these sessions differs from a personal training session, working towards your mutual goals is the focus.

Remote Training Services

Guided instructional workouts customized for your own home or gym

Receive electronic copies of exercises put into three unique workouts per week centered around your abilities and accommodations. Built specifically for your goals and needs, to complete in your own home or gym.
