The gym at PFT is equipped to accommodate two to three person group training sessions. While the format for these sessions differs from a personal training session, working towards your goals is still the focus.

Remote Training Services

Guided instructional workouts customized for you

Receive electronic copies of exercises put into three unique workouts per week centered on your abilities. Built specifically for your goals and needs, to complete in your own home or gym.
