Maximizing your ability and giving yourself scoring opportunities starts with your body because your golf swing is limited by what your body can do.

You can gain distance, increase spin and become more consistent with a golf fitness program. Golf Fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder nor is it meant only for tour players. PFT’s golf training program utilizes cutting-edge techniques, advanced technology and applies philosophies studied through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). A golf fitness routine is custom designed and intended for golfers of all levels and abilities with the goal of lowering scores.

Power training is a completely different beast, dedicated solely to the art of increasing swing speed. Clients will learn the technical, physical and equipment modifications, and simple steps to increase your overall power and distance.

Rates:

Golf Fitness Session (~90 min.) - $90 first session/$65 after
For all abilities and levels. Get your body where your golf swing needs it to be. Based on improving your overall game.

The first session includes interview, TPI body screening + equipment overview + swing analysis + body/swing corrections plan + pre/post stretching introduction + introduction to workouts. This could also include the Fitness and Power Screen.


Golf Speed Training (contact for details/pricing)
It all starts with the screens.

If you are all about gaining distance, over/under speed training, and power routines are the key. But you are limited by what your body can do. Screen and plan for adding velocity.

Adding 6% clubbed speed is the baseline benchmark.
